“Service has always been wonderful at this location until today. I called Wednesday to report a lock not working on my mailbox located in Woodhollow. They called this morning and said that it was done and to pick up keys at the PO. The keys were disgustingly dirty or should I say filthy. Yes, they did open my box after I took them home and scrubbed them to at least get the filth off. The woman behind the counter even took a picture of them. We just stared at the keys in amazement. I guess that is how USPS is saving money!?!”
