“Amazing customer service. They set up my dads trilogy machine and I had questions about the machine and alarms...they use the “zoom app” that provides around the clock assistance. They also make themselves readily available via phone. Our oxygen supplier offers nothing like the support of prompt care. Not even close. So grateful that at least one thing with my dads care has been as easy as it possibly could be.”

“A1 experience in the short term rehab at ManorCare King of Prussia. Staff was excellent with my mother who has dementia and suffered two strokes within 30 days prior her admission. My mother’s assigned nurses and CNA’s were very caring and attentive to her needs. They handled her with consistent patience even on her bad days. The Physical Therapy staff worked diligently to motivate my mother to walk and make milestones in her rehabilitation process. The food was great with alternatives if necessary. The cleanliness of her room and the short term wing was way above the rest of the facilities I toured while looking for a place for her rehab. I am forever grateful for the way my mother was treated with respect and dignity during her short stay at ManorCare King of Prussia’s rehab wing.”

“Talk about being at the right place at the right time. I did not meet this young lady my father refers to as “the angel” personally but when I heard my parents experience with her, in all places, target, I felt the need to leave a note. My parents were shopping in target and as they were browsing the aisles my mom had to use the ladies room, as of recent, mom has advanced in her dementia which has been sad to watch, not only sad for my mom but my dad too. We put an in-law suite on to be able to manage this because we could never afford a nursing home. My dad was trying to get my mom in the bathroom when up comes Alexia (I know her name because she gave my dad her card with a beautiful quote on the backside), Alexia stopped and asked if she could help and my dad took her up on the offer. Alexia helped mom, got her situated and even waited for her so she could walk her back out to my dad. This young lady did not need to stop dead in her tracks to help out strangers but she did. It doesn’t stop there, she even sat with my parents and told them about a group she holds in the area to help others in my dads situation. This is proof angels do exist. I do not have an experience with her place of business but thought it would be enlightening for people to see there is help out there. We are sure of it. I hope she sees this. Thank you very much.”

Also tried to suggest alternative medicines that doctor could approve while we are traveling. Very sensitive to drug prices for us.
