“Did you know they can get you a breast pump through your insurance? I didn’t know until they were on a list provided by insurance. Lisa was very nice and went above and beyond! They knew they could get the Medela model, but when I asked about spectra she said they’d have to check. Well, let me tell you! I wanted the spectra with the chargeable batter, but didn’t know if it was covered. I mentioned this to her and I don’t know what she did but somehow she got me the nicer model which I didn’t realize was covered by insurance! Very happy with my experience, the customer service was superb, and I’m less stressed which is great for a mom-to-be! Thanks so much Lisa!!”

“I’ve have used this company to get 3 walkers and 2 manual wheelchairs for my son over the past 7 years. My experience has always been pleasant. They come to my home for non- urgent equipment repairs & replacement of wheels/ other parts as needed. If I have an issue that requires immediate attention, they are able to see me right away at their shop; I drive an hour to get there but it’s worth it to get a critical repair taken care of. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to bill my insurance. I did have a long wait for the first walker because the attachable seat was on backorder from the manufacturer but that should not have held up the rest of the walker. The salesman, Greg, took care of getting it to us once he was aware of the issue and came back on a second trip to attach the seat when the parts arrived. Two years later, a critical piece broke on the walker that they were not able to fix. They were able to navigate the insurance requirements to expedite delivery of a replacement walker.”

“We have used Giroud many times since moving to the area - stump removal, large tree removal, and most recently tree trimming. Our arborist is clear and communicative (and well versed in the care of trees!) and the guys who come to perform the work are considerate, professional, and very good at their job. If Giroud costs a bit more than another estimate - it very well may be due to the quality of their staff and their work so please take that into consideration when making your decision. It's one you won't regret!”
