It particularly came to light this week as I inserted an upper roundhouse bridge for a patient who recently was almost fatally injured when he was hit on his bicycle. The lab could not have been more accommodating or expeditious in their handling of this situation...as they always and routinely are. Andy shepherded this case through in his normally calm way and technician Gi----what a sculptural artist! As I mentioned to them, their work is truly much more than porcelain over metal; they SO positively affected my patient, both nutritionally and psychologically. I don't review things very often; my lauding of them is long overdue and I just want others to know how outstanding they are. Once again, they made our week here go much more smoothly. “Dr. Blastine is one of the most caring and compassionate doctor. I came in for office visit on Tuesday due to excruciating pain of kidney stone and he immediately changed his schedule and put me on the surgery schedule the next day (Wednesday) despite him having alot of other surgies scheduled well in advance. I am grateful that Dr.Blatstein saw me as a person and showed compassion and took action. “I came to Vivo Infusion Center for the first time today. I had a great experience. Kathleen my nurse was very knowledgeable. She also took the extra step of doing a new set of labs she had not done and made sure she went the extra mile of obtaining what she needed and read through everything that was required so that I would avoid another stick and also avoid having to go somewhere to have it done. She made sure I had hydration and snacks to make my infusion stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Denkera the front desk person was also extremely pleasant and relayed messages to me from my PRO Judith Hill. She was also amazing and ensured I had everything in place for my copay cards and payments to reduce my financial obligation to the minimally necessary. I am so impressed with Vivo!!! “Lovely office. I came into the office needing someone to give me an exam and explain how I could get my mouth back into shape. I have just recovered from a major sickness and my teeth slowly began to deteriorate. I was very and am always very nervous about money and the dentist. What a relief! I found such a kind and mild manner dentist with such patience. I actually laughed in the dental chair. He and his assistant are wonderful. I have been in the office for the last few months and have completed all my dental treatment. Not only am I smiling again but the cost was never a concern of mine. I was given a payment plan and each time my work was completed, I was happy to pay. I can say enough about the pleasant receptionist and assistant Judy. My next visit is with their hygienist Julia.
