She tailored each program to work with all the equipment I already had in my home and consistently changed it up to keep the workouts fresh and to keep me on my toes! Each program was detailed and provided me with all the tools and information to do my workouts at home. She offered weekly check ins that helped keep me accountable but also always encouraged me through each week and the next. If I had a not so great week… there wasn’t any pressure from her in the form of failure it was still positive reinforcement to keep going.
