“I got the elite detail and the job they did far a beyond my expectations. I’ve been so disappointed by other places in the past so I wasn’t expecting the job they did. Had a lot of dog hair from my German Shepard that had passed a few weeks before so warned them of the hair even though I had a dog cover in the back seat. It looked brand new and even though they charged a tad more to remove the hair, it was well worth it. Even the scratches on the exterior were less noticeable as it had been hit by 2 storms. All I can say is I’ll be going back just for elite mini to keep it that way. AWSOME JOB!”

It was shipped to our house extremely fast, less then a week. However, he felt it was too big so I returned it to the store and they ordered me a smaller size, guaranteeing me it would arrive prior to my wedding date (less then 3 weeks). “I love it here. The staff is great.. they move ridiculously fast! The tables outback could use some reinforcement and maybe some cushions on the chairs that are weather proof (so they can be sanitized and not get moldy depending on weather changing) but the outside area with the Edison lights, the flowers and the food is just absolutely fantastic! Must try the crepes and the loaded home fries.... But don't sell them out or I'll be sad.”

She creates a fun, safe, and pleasant experience from the time you meet her til the time you leave. She’s beyond collaborative with her clients, eager to deliver their vision with a combo of her artistic taste. She always check on the client as you’re being tattooed and has even been willing to tackle projects that may be new to her. “We recently replaced our siding and had a new roof installed as well. We have never tackled such a large project and Q was great to work with from the start. He spent lots of time with us explaining their process and various options. We didn’t feel any pressure. Once we were ready to move forward the project got started quickly and finished quickly. Sung was our project manager for everything and he was always around making sure we were comfortable with the progress and checking on various details to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. Since we were doing roof and siding we had both the Tony and Alfredo crews hard at work on our project. Those guys were there working hard and really seemed to enjoy what they were doing, which shows in their work. It’s the details that really made the project shine. Now I just want these guys working on every single project I have. A big thanks to everyone at MHX on a project well done.”
