“Holly is an excellent and attentive yoga teacher, as well as a teacher of teachers. Her dedication shows in her continuing education in the Iyengar yoga method, including regular trips around the country and to India to study with other senior teachers. Holly personally teaches nearly all of the classes she offers. For anyone new to yoga, or even seasoned students, I'd recommend Holly's classes as she stresses proper form and safety. While the classes are challenging, she ensures you understand the whats and the whys, and this knowledge can be a joint-saver when attending classes or workshops with less experienced teachers. Her classes also offer as much philosophy as you desire. While not required, Holly provides a traditional yoga class experience with many opportunities to dig deep into the ancient texts.”
