“So happy I found J&S Auto. They have great service and the owner and staff are so honest, hard working, AND best of all if needed will stop on the side of the road to help you out. That actually happened to me once. I was at an auto parts store, and trying to figure out how to change the lightbulb in my car and this gentleman pulled up and asked if I needed help. He proceeded to help me and then said I can't do it here, follow me to my shop and I'll help you out. Low and behold it was a staff member at John's shop and he and John did in fact change the light bulb for me AND best of all I asked "how much" and they said, this time nothing as I offered to help you as a person in need. How wonderful is that, and when do you ever find that nowadays?”

Years ago my upholstery shop was located right across the street and as you can imagine, I got to know Pete over the years and always received great service. I am really glad to see that Dom, at such a young age, has the characteristics already of a great business owner and manager. I have been to the shop for service twice in the past month and have been treated like a VIP on each visit. He is always very respectful and works to please the customer and work us into his busy schedule. I've owned many businesses through my life, and that's where the gold is with repeat business, treating the customers the right way and making them feel important. I can also notice from the great guys you have working there that they seem very happy working, which I believe is only a reflection of the great job Dom is doing. “Wish they enforced the rules at this location a bit more. Particularly since its not really crowded yet since it's new. Folks walking around with their cellphones playing music through the speakerphone or people having phone conversations through headsets fairly loudly. I mean, the sounds were echoing through the establishment and nothing was done. Beyond that though, it was clean and well maintained (granted it's brand new too though). I enjoy the Hanover location more, but it gets a little crowded sometimes.”

I went last Saturday and to my surprise, it was clsoed with a note stating that the business is being sold - sad day indeed! What happened that you guys are closing and selling the business?
