“A big plus with Dr. Mortizavi is that he has his on-site surgical center right there with his offices. ( Valley surgical center ) No need to do an outpatient procedure at the hospital. I also like the location of his office where you’re not battling parking in town or with meter parking. If you’re going to trust somebody to tap into your spine, you want to make sure that he is very good at what he does, as he is.
