(November 20, 2018, 8:56 am)Yes, the restaurant business is about making money, but sometimes the art of being hospitable to their guests in the restaurant industry have disappeared. But, I experienced it for the first time in many years. The older gentleman behind the bar was absolutely amazing.
Anyway, we arrived at around 4 pm on Sunday afternoon and the microbrew pub was almost empty, but it was great for us; no shouting at each other to carry a conversation.
What an amazing space; it was spacious with an absolutely longest bar I've ever seen. The place was spic and span clean. The Beers were fantastic: we especially liked the Stout. I was the only one in the group enjoying the wheat beer; most thought it was too ”weak.” Since we had late lunch, we only ordered Sweet Potato Fries to munch on. The person working at the kitchen brought out the fries and suggested dipping the sweet potato fries in Maple Syrup. We were absolutely sold on the Maple syrup, and it perfectly made sense.
The restaurant welcomed us with complementary foods and offered us their latest wine offering to taste. It was from a local winery. The Riesling we tried is from a local winery, Galen and Glen’s winery, and it was so good we ended up ordering a glass.
We need to find a place where we can purchase this particular wine.

(November 14, 2018, 8:14 am)I can't sum up in words how elegant this place is. The beers we're impressive and the small menu was flawless. The staff and ownership was very friendly and fun as well as professional. A great place to hang out and socialize in a relaxing setting.
