“I don’t know how these other reviewers can say these employees are rude! The entire experience was wonderful. Dr Martinez is a very thorough doctor. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She is very personable. After I was done being examined, Ginger helped me pick out my frames with a smile (even though I am picky and was taking a while) she made sure I was getting the best deal for my dollar. She did not push anything on me. She did explain how all the lenses worked because this is her job to do so. I picked my glasses up a few days ago (which was earlier than they said they would be ready) I couldn’t be happier! I already received multiple compliments! I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Everyone is extremely helpful. A couple weeks ago I had an issue where I bought a storage bin that was under a large sign with many others that said the amount. I went to customer service telling them that the product was in 2 different places and I couldn't find the price tag at one of the areas and then saw the price that was under the big sign, but when it was rung up it said it was even more. Customer service was very friendly and understandable and just returned the difference for how much I thought it actually was. Now that is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“First time at a Cici's Pizza - went in without expecting a lot, so maybe that effected my high score, but I really love the place. The pizza was way better than I thought it would be, with some of them being really good - and I was surprised to find specialties like a mac and cheese pizza! Not much of a salad person, but had enough stuff on it to make me happy. And the deserts were out of this world - I've paid the full Buffet cost just for a slice or two of the desert Pizza. As I said, first time there but I'll definitely be back.”

“I initially gave Koch 33 Collision 1 star. My experience there was so far from the best. However, I will say that once I got to work one on one with the manager Grant my experience was excellent. I believe in 2nd chances and Grant fulfilled his title as the manager and delivered absolutely amazing customer service! He acknowledged my complaints and concerns and offered compensation for the inconvenience that one of his techs have caused. He was always so professional, very friendly and even took the time to get on a personal level with my husband and myself. He asked us about our children and even about our holiday plans. When we picked our truck up we did notice a slight imperfection. We called Grant and without any hesitation he asked us to return the vehicle to him and he gave us a loaner. If I ever have to deal with a collision center again I will go back to Koch 33 but only if we get to work with Grant! Thank you so much for everything you have done for us!”
