“Everyone is extremely helpful. A couple weeks ago I had an issue where I bought a storage bin that was under a large sign with many others that said the amount. I went to customer service telling them that the product was in 2 different places and I couldn't find the price tag at one of the areas and then saw the price that was under the big sign, but when it was rung up it said it was even more. Customer service was very friendly and understandable and just returned the difference for how much I thought it actually was. Now that is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Overall, it's a pretty good experience coming to this location. If there's any delay or issue, usually the manager? notices and helps you out. Employees are not bad either and with Staples price matching as well as having occasional good sales, you can't go wrong. Shipping is the only thing I would avoid, because unless you're just dropping off a package, it's way too expensive.”
