Plainfield Township Trail #3

Beautiful biking trail, flat, park benches and picnic tables on trail.

Paved trail (mostly rough asphalt) follows nearby creek. Mostly flat trail until the approach to Wind Gap about 7 miles north. Tree covered almost the entire way provides nice shade. Have ridden it in all seasons, from family outings, Boy Scout rides, and CX play time in snow and ice, and is typically fairly lightly used. Highly recommend.

Love this trail! Usually well maintained, nice people, everyone greets you on the trail. Runners, walkers, bikers, dogs, horses, strollers. Mile markers put in as an Eagle Award project. Excellent place to get outside.

Great out and back trail for walk, run or bike...or dog walk too. Flat, semi-paved but does have a lot of road crossings. Marked every .25 mile, total distance can be 7+mile from end to end.

Very smooth for most of the ride. Completely shaded and secluded. There's also a fair amount of benches along the path to take breaks. Highly recommend for walking, jogging, or biking.
