“I was extremely nervous about my 4 year old daughter going under general anesthesia for some necessary dental work. I am a nurse myself who takes care of patients and it's so different being on this side. My patients fully trust in me and must be as scared as I was. I just want to say that Red Lion Surgicenter made this experience so much better than expected. The preop nurse Mary-Pat was so kind and explained everything so well. The anesthesiologist answered all my questions and reassured me about the anesthesia. The RNs that came out throughout the surgery to update me and ask questions regarding my daughters needs were so nice and informative. After the surgery they brought me back to see my daughter and told me to pick her right up! It made such a big difference in our experience and it meant the world to me. I appreciate their dedication to their work and patients. Thanks so very much!”

“On my 3rd child getting braces at Appel Orthodontics, all I can say is AMAZING! Dr.Appel, Dr. Andrew, Dr. Andi (soon to be Appel) are the BEST orthodontists in the STATE, EVERYONE from the moment you walk in are just great, all the girls at the desk and Erica are so friendly and their place is so comfortable and clean. Parents can enjoy a massage chair, coffee/tea and a magazine while you wait (super bonus) they treat every patient so kind and with the highest level of treatment there is. Both my girls say their smiles are their greatest asset and get compliments daily on their smiles all thanks to this crew. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. “I am not sure the above is an accurate description of services provided considering such poor spelling and grammar. As far as services are concerned in and around the city of Philadelphia the Employees at EMStar Ambulance are the hardest working and most dedicated of any private ambulance service I've ever seen. Even the most seasoned veterans that are recruited require a week long classroom orientation, driver training, and at least a week of precept time on the truck with a certified field training officer. In addition all employees are subject to continuing in house evaluation and training during the course of a calendar year. This is in addition to an employees state continuing education requirements. No private ambulance service at least in this area will beat that.”
