They include great nutrition meal plans, and small size classes for great individual time with the trainers. Although I have some conditions and previous injuries, they know how to work with and around that to help me, yet keep me from hurting myself. I am over 40 and they help everyone, they have classes and instruction for all ages. I am thrilled with my progress already and I've only just begun. I cannot wait to see my results after 6 weeks!!”
