I told them what I was looking for and how strict my budget was and immediately they told me what they could do for me. Originally I intended to buy a refurbished phone however they offered me the same phone, brand new, at basically the same price and threw in a screen protector and a case all within my tiny budget. I had six busy children with me and the associates were friendly and professional all while managing to assist me and “entertain” the children. I’m really glad we walked into that Boost Mobile on Wadsworth Avenue because I walked out with a brand new phone, screen protector and case well within my budget and in good timing. You are also able to make appointments with other bankers for issues that cannot be handled online or over the phone. You will feel very safe in the office. I have been a TWCU member for more than 20 years. I've had good service both in AZ and TX. I have a variety of accounts with them from savings, line of credit, to IRA. I do all of my money transactions with this credit union. The individuals who work at this branch are wonderful. They are always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. They never push services on me. They genuinely seem to be happy to be at work, which is nice to see in today's world.
