“I was hesitant to give Visionworks a shot based on online reviews, but they seemed to have a good selection and a great location for me. When I booked my appointment the earliest date was over a month away, but everyone at the store was great and helpful when my appointment finally rolled around. I had a weird issue after getting my glasses (a quirk with my eyes, not their fault) and when I went back they figured out my issues and fixed the problem on the spot. I really can’t stress enough how great the staff was! The only reason I can’t go 5 stars is the wait time for making appointments, over a month was a bit much — and I wouldn’t recommend a walk in here because it’s very busy. Still, a great experience when all was said and done!”
