“Did a one month deal here with a friend, and we both enjoyed it! The instructors are friendly, and each one has their own routine, which kept it interesting. I have done Bikram before, but I found Baptiste to be more challenging and definitely more interesting. There is some heat, but its not significant. Try it out, you may like it, and make sure to check to see if they are having any promotions. ”
