“I'm guessing it was the park that I drove passed? It's a small nice park but I have no interaction with them except for walking the track there.”

“It is a cute little park with a picnic area and exercise stations. The play surface is rubberized and padded. The park was redeveloped a few years ago, and the workers did a good job. Triangle park is gated (locked at night!) and well-kept, as neighborhood parks go. I would like to see some shade at the exercise stations, as I have at some of the other neighborhood parks. Then it would be perfect.”

“Small but beautiful self-guided Japanese house. However they do have guides on the premises that make it an even better experience! I liked Candice especially. She was very thorough and seemed to have a personal interest in the culture itself, which showed while explaining areas of the house. I would definitely visit again. Pics attached are of the bath, toilet area, tearoom and the grounds.”

“Really nice, enjoyable park to stroll through. Parking can be a pain, but has something for everyone from leisurely strolls to a little bit of hiking (not much) and a playground. Looks like there are snack places but they weren't open when I went.”

“Very nice old weathered stone Gazebo in the path of Cherry Blossoms. The gazebo has been around since the Centennial Worlds Fair May 10, 1876 it is still in standing condition. There are some letters you can see but are hard to make out. It’s still a beautiful piece to check out. Everyday that passes by this Gazebo is eroding away until one day it will not exist. So go see it!!”

“Nice little park in a convenient location. There is not a lot here for kids to play on (though there is enough) so I would suggest the park around the corner on Conshohocken that has more stuff but this location is great for just hanging out or for playing with your dog (note that it isn't a dog park though).”

“The best experience. The weather was perfect & the view was amazing. Well worth the trip! Next time I would bring lunch & bring the kids. There’s lot of space to fly kites, play frisbee & even kick ball or baseball. Awesome place !”

“They hosted the Carolina League cross country Championship this weekend and did a great job. The track is a tough one, but it's nice as it gives spectators multiple opportunities to see the runners. The infield also is the perfect place for teams to set up there tents and maintain visibility of everything going on. Also a great place if you want to get in a run of almost any length.”

“One of the distinct pockets of Fairmount Park. A nice hangout spot for groups of friends, either on the grass lawn below or along the trails in the upper wooded section. You can sit on top of the Kelly Drive rock tunnel overlooking the river. In the warmer months on the weekends there are often daytime dance parties under the trees.”

“This is a wonderful hidden gem in Philly. They have playgrounds for big and small kids as well as a huge wooden slide. They also have a indoor play area that is really great when the weather is not. My kid has a blast every time we go to Smith. The only recommendation I have is an upgrade to the bathrooms. If you have a small child, they do not have changing tables in the bathrooms.”

“Great gardens maintained by the horticultural society. Right behind the Art Museum and at the foot of East River drive. Can usually find parking back here or right up the street. Amazing views of the sunset over the river in summer time.”
