“This UA theater is nice and clean. It serves basic theater food and drinks. It can use some updating since it's one of the older ones in the City. However it's still a nice hangout for young adults. There isn't much around it in the strip though. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. They had a lot of patience with the seniors there. This behavior was encouraging to witness.”

“The house, after some renovation works, seems almost unrecognizable and visitors have not always behaved in a manner that is consonant, so much so as to provoke the ire of the neighborhood against the gaze of the curious”

“Saw a 70mm print of 2001 A Space Odyssey here. The seats are in need of refurbishment and they're set too low to the ground, a specific tile is so in need of cleaning that it was distracting, a speaker or sub had come looses at rattled conspicuously, and an announcement from the projection room came as soon as the credits began to roll so the audience could be ushered out to make room for the next show. That said, the experience of seeing one of Kubrick's masterpieces on a four story 'screen' is not something I'm going to forget. Worth the price of admission and then some. Aside from the actual experience, the $15 was a welcome surprise and parking in the Franklin Institute's garage is convenient and easy to get in and out of; back to I-95 in ten minutes.”

“Fantastic little theater! Usual prices for food and drink, don't serve alcoholic beverages just so you know. Ticket prices are a wee bit steep compared to other theaters, but the best part is that here, YOU STILL DON'T HAVE TO PICK YOUR SEATS!!!! I almost stopped going to theaters before I found this place. I hate the idea of having to reserve tickets 2 years in advance to get good seats. Thank you so very much for keeping your seating first come, first served!”
