“I have been working with Jim for the past year. He has helped me in so many ways. I have struggled with overeating and being considered Morbidly obese. I am a little over 6 ft and and at the start of training, my first weight recorded with Jim was 311. With his help and guidance of not only weight training, cardio and food intake, in the past year I am currently at 247 lbs.
