(March 26, 2019, 8:07 pm)I go here frequently for routine work on my car. I almost never have a problem, but one day during an oil change the cap was left off. By the time i got home i lost half my oil. I still recomend them because they picked my car up from my house, gave it a new oil change and made sure no damage was done, and they gave me a $50 giftcard. They're good people, and i still go back.

(February 10, 2019, 9:59 pm)I am not a car person and don't have great mechanical ability. I have taking my car to the shop for anything because I feel like my ignorance makes me an easy target to be taken advantage of.
I've never felt that way with Ken's. Their workers are friendly, helpful, and have always taken the time to explain anything or answer my questions. What I pay is usually a bit less than their initial quote. I've never had any issues with them other than being busy on the weekends.
I do wish they were open laterr though!!!
