“We have a family home in Shenandoah that is only occupied occasionally. When I went up for a weekend recently, we had no heat and no hot water. I called Bloom Heating Oil on Saturday morning to see what they could do. Not knowing if we were really out of oil, they came out with 10 gallons to try to get us through the weekend. After filling up, the gentleman came in to help me restart the boiler. It restarted, and he checked to see that we did actually have plenty of oil. (It's on auto-delivery with Bloom.) This gentleman, not expecting to spend the time for a service call on a Saturday, went though and diagnosed the issue (even though it was already running) to make sure I didn't have any other problems. Very thorough and polite, and got us up and running. And the bill was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday call! Thanks Bloom Heating Oil. Very happy customer.”

Albert went out of his way to accommodate the needs of my family that had to come from out of town. Albert treated us like we were family members and brought comfort to us after my husband’s passing. He treated everyone with dignity and everything he did was so heartfelt. He was able to make a devastating situation the best that it could be under the circumstances.”
