“Wasn't too busy on a weekend morning. Food was a bit on the over priced side, as well as not the best in taste. They could also use a better selection for tobacco products. Staff was very nice.”

“Best car mechanic I’ve ever been to, and I truly mean that. Customer service is excellent. Prices are more than fair. The staff is wonderful and kind. They really helped me out in a time of need. More businesses should be like this!”

“This is a pretty nice place! The pros outweigh the cons. Pros: it's very close to Seven Springs, it has a shuttle to take you to and from Seven Springs, it has an AMAZING hot tub, the kitchen is nice- well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc, nice wood burning stove, nice layout of the town home, great communication from the owners, some of the pictures on the wall were pretty awesome, having a window in the master bedroom looking down into the living area was pretty cool, loved the half bathroom downstairs. Cons: floor upstairs and steps squeak, toilet was running in the "master bathroom" so I had to close the door (notified the owners. Not sure if they fixed it), light fixture in dining room very bright (unscrewed some of the bulbs to make it not so bright), baseboard heater right below the toilet paper holder in master bathroom making the toilet paper and paper rod warm, walls were thin so we could hear the people going up and down their stairs and hear them talking, wood burning fireplace couldn't hold a fire - kept burning out after about 5-10 minutes, bed in master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms VERY uncomfortable and bouncy. My husband and I really liked the hot tub! It was so cool going out there in the freezing cold and getting into a nice, cozy hot tub! Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but there are things that need to be updated, like the beds and the squeaky floor and steps.”

“We have stayed there many times and we only live 40 minutes away. So what does that say. The place is tranquil yet accessible. If you bike ride, fish, hunt or just relax it accommodates all. Jeff and Kim are genuine hosts and come hungry .The breakfast is stellar. The area has so much to do, we one day plan to build there. Try it , you wont regret. Ben R”

“My wife and I were on a mission to southwestern Pennsylvania to tour several Frank Lloyd Wright-designed homes including the famous Falling Water and less well-known Wright-designed properties in the area. She thoroughly checks reviews and does exhaustive searches before booking a property for our travel. In this case, she recommended the two-bedroom brick rambler called Fern Walk in Addison, PA. I admit I was skeptical when my wife showed me photos of what seemed to be an ordinary brick rambler in Addison, PA. We arrived in Addison after a long, exhausting drive, and pulled into the driveway in front of the brick rambler. As soon as we walked in, I knew this property was not only a home run, but also extraordinary. The kitchen was modern with hardwood floors, exquisitely crafted wood cabinetry, and a mission-style base that supported the granite island top. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy. The rest of the house was equally tidy and felt warm and cozy as well. As we toured the house, we noted the spacious rooms and well-executed mission-style details everywhere, from the windows and oak doors to the trim and decorative touches throughout. We felt transported to the arts and crafts era when quality and craftsmanship were sources of pride and available to almost anyone. We enjoyed the gas-jet fireplace which provided warmth and added an attractive, welcoming glow. Each bedroom echoed the warmth, quality decorating, and craftsmanship of the rest of the house, as did the en-suite bathroom in the main suite. The color pallet and fabric choices exuded quality and comfort from the carpet and window coverings to the towels and linens. I can’t remember the last time I slept so soundly and comfortably on a road trip. We only had two nights but were ready to live there if we could. My lesson: never doubt my wife’s recommendations for a vacation property again. We rated it a “5” only because there was not a “6.””

“We just spent a long weekend at the Turkeyfoot Inn with our family and rented the entire place for a third year in a row. The entire property is immaculately clean, and well-maintained. Some people traveled to Ohiopyle. Some fished and some kayaked. Others just relaxed. Some dined in the area. The food was excellent. There are some nice bars. We also did a lot of cooking and eating at the Turkeyfoot Inn. We have already booked 2024 for the fourth time. If you are wanting to have a family getaway, try the Turkeyfoot Inn. We highly recommend it. Contact Diana Clapper for information. The place is beautiful and first class! We give it a 5+ star rating out of 5!”

“Nice remodel they did recently. Completely changed the inside appearance and made it far more customer friendly. Bar is bigger and looks better stocked. They need to add some draft options even if only 4 or 6. I prefer draft beer. The hot pepper cheese appetizer and burger selection are great for a small place. Wings were good too.”

“We stopped off randomly for lunch on a day trip around Ohiopyle. We saw the signs advertising local lamb and ice cream and had to give it a try. To say we were impressed is an understatement. The lamb sub we had was some of the best lamb we have ever had. I had a divine milkshake and my Mom had a homemade carrot cake that had her raving. The staff was busy but prompt with the service. It's a shame they're closing for the season after Labor Day. I will absolutely be returning the next time they're open.”
