“This family run business has been more than helpful towards my husband and I throughout our truck buying experience. Not only did they give us an amazing deal on the truck to begin with, they also gave us a generous trade in value on our old vehicle. It was hard to pick from their great selection, but we ended up buying a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 with low mileage! I was extremely pleased with our purchase and did not feel pressured in any way by the salesperson. The truck was spotless and even had a rhino lined bed with a tonneau cover! The process of buying the vehicle was quick and easy with their experience and knowledge. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle on my own, and the fact that it was for my husband, made me a bit nervous. It was a relief to work with such great people! After having it for a month past the warranty they offered, we ran into an issue with the truck (which was completely out of their control and not by any means their fault) from normal wear and tear. Not only did they send the truck to one of their mechanics, they also honored our warranty even though we were slightly past it. I have never had better customer service from another company, and they truly care about their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend Rt 18 Homes to anybody in need of a vehicle, or any other services they offer.”

“I've been taking my vehicles to Al for inspections and to get work done for a few years. I've never had any problems and his prices are reasonable. The main reason I continue to go there is that I've never felt like I'm getting ripped off. In fact I took my truck there to get work done and was told it would be a couple hundred dollars, he was done later that day and it cost like $30 because it wasn't what he thought. I know other shops that would have taken the money and lied.”

“We recently moved into a new house and we were looking to replace the old carpet in the upstairs. It is pretty much a bedroom and a landing area so not a massive space. Initially we tried to get quotes from Lowe's to do the installation and purchase flooring through them, but it was a horrible disaster and they were too incompetent to even measure properly and call us back with a legitimate quote. Once we cancelled with them we got a quote from the Floor Store. They had a pretty good selection of flooring. We specifically wanted click and lock luxury vinyl which they had plenty of. We selected our flooring at the store and priced out a rough estimate of cost. The following week we had them come out and take measurements of the room and got a formal quote. We were very happy with the price so we decided to schedule the work. We opted to pull up the old carpet, padding and quarter round ourselves to save some extra money on labor which was nice. The installers came a couple weeks later and the job went very well, they were very nice and professional. The floor went in pretty quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with how it turned out. I will certainly be using the Floor Store again if we ever need to do another job like this.”
