One of the gentleman came out to access the roof situation since my husband was out of town. The gentlemen informed me that it was due to ice and that the roof would not need extensive repairs. I was appreciative for his honesty. Fast forward to this year and it was time to replace the entire roof. My husband contacted a few roof contractors. We chose Planet Roof due their BBB rating, Owens Corning Preferred rating, professionalism, honesty, communication, and work ethic. It was a seamless process from start to finish and I never had to follow behind anyone. That type of business is hard to find nowadays. When selecting colors for our roof and other components, they gave suggestions that would improve the look of our house. The job took two days and they kept the area clean both days. Shane and Jacob made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction and were very easy to talk to along the way. When we build our next house, we will definitely use Planet Roof again.”
