“We have been taking our son here since he was 3 months old and I've always been impressed with the entire staff. They have always been friendly, patient, and understanding. When they call to confirm your appointments, they always remind you of their policies (bring insurance card, no siblings, etc). They also have an online check-in feature, which helps reduce wait times at the office. Additionally, we have been seen on time for his appointments. I've called the after hours line before and Dr. D called me back within an hour. She educated me on the issue and helped put my mind at ease. I've also called when my son had a 3 days fever. As a first time mom, I just wanted some reassurance that everything was OK. They told me over the phone it was more than likely his teeth, but they fit me in to be sure. They truly believe parents know best and never talk down to you. I always feel comfortable going there and know they will listen and be helpful!”

“I had leaky tires, so I brought in my car. They repaired the leaks without suggesting that I get new tires. The price was fair. A couple of weeks later, the leak returned, so I brought it back in. They found a screw in one of my tires and fixed it without charging me. They said that they didn't think they missed it on the first time, but just in case, they did not charge me. They are also insistent that their customers bring in their cars after driving it for a bit to ensure the tires are secure - also at no additional cost.”

“Stopped in yesterday to pick up a Toro snowblower. When I walked through the front door several employees gave an enthusiastically friendly greeting. Not something you see often anymore. They asked what I wanted, went to their stash of inventory and brought it out while the cashier quickly ran up the purchase. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The guy loaded it into the back seat of my truck with no assistance from me. Very impressed with the professionalism and eagerness to please a customer. Great shopping experience. Great employees.”

Sherrie is very caring and considerate and adds a personal touch to make us feel like we matter. My husband is a Navy Veteran and she takes time to listen to him. That's a very cool thing. As for our care giver, Carol Wampler, words cannot describe, although Love comes close. We feel as if she is part of our family. She gives excellent care to my husband, and is very thorough in all that she does. Carol cleans things around the house, which is a blessing to my husband and me. She has made my husband's life so much better than it was. And as for me, she has taken a huge burden off my shoulders with her care. If I had a daughter, I would want her to be just like Carol.
