“How do you thank someone for helping you through one of the most difficult times in your life? With the passing of my mother I had no idea how involved and difficult the next few weeks would be. It was as if the death wasn’t enough, but taking care of all the formalities really took it’s toll. Scott and Tina Beinhauer were a Godsend. They were of course efficient and incredibly knowledgeable; but that’s not what made the difference. Their personal attention and care was comforting and very much needed and appreciated. They went beyond what was expected; they reached out and made personal phone calls to me and told me I could call them at any time. Tina even took the time out just to talk with me about everything, and help me make some of the most difficult decisions in my life. I felt compelled to leave this review, as I have rarely been given such incredible personal and heartfelt customer service.
