Something really impressive about Trax Farms is the size and scope. You can tell how well they’ve self-managed since their establishment in 1865. The entire few buildings are surrounded by a mass of farmland. When we were checking out, the lady behind us said “These people have their hands in everything.” She was right.
They have sections for craft beer, deli, produce, gardening, outdoor, and the building is large enough that they needed to build a loft to hold the antique store.
Being a very reputable and well-established local business, the elephant in the room here is price. I was surprised by the price of everything and I hope you’re not. Because of price alone, we could never see ourselves going here regularly unless the chicken seasoning or cookies we got are the best we’ve ever tasted.
We love Trax! They have a great selection of house plants that are hard to find elsewhere. I also love their selection of terracotta pots. Stop in every once in a while to see what’s new :)
More than a store, it's an attraction. Something for everyone. We even bought antiques here
Such a charming place. Pricy yes. But its not like your going every week, so it's okay. It's something special. We got two puzzles, a cat towel and a cat mug. I love cats? We wanted to do the hay ride but didn't want to wait an hour. They recommended buying the day before or more in advance.
It's just a magical place. My boyfriend and I can't wait to go back to see if if it's open for Christmas trees!!
My family and I love Trax farm ! We come here every year for all the fall activities! Some of the fall activities include the hayride , which takes you up on the hill to the pumpkin patch where you could pick your own pumpkin. They also had fun activities that you pay cash for, such as an art project , train rides, giant jumper thing, and a rockwall ! They also had tons of food options and the popcorn stands and some food trucks as well .
