The main reason I continue to go there is that I've never felt like I'm getting ripped off. In fact I took my truck there to get work done and was told it would be a couple hundred dollars, he was done later that day and it cost like $30 because it wasn't what he thought. I know other shops that would have taken the money and lied.”

“My first visit to Robison Auto Body. Checked out other body shops in my area to have some rust work done around the rear wheel-wells. None were willing to do the work. Seems like they all wanted the "easier" jobs where they slap-on panels and paint. One of the body shop owners suggested Robison's and so I paid him a visit to see if he would do the work. With a "Yes" answer and a very fair estimate given, a drop-off date was set. The work was completed on time and I was very pleased with the results of the body work and paint matching. I don't think you can find a more fair body shop in the Charleroi area that does quality work at a reasonable price and I would highly recommend this shop for any body or paint work that you may need. “I had leaky tires, so I brought in my car. They repaired the leaks without suggesting that I get new tires. The price was fair. A couple of weeks later, the leak returned, so I brought it back in. They found a screw in one of my tires and fixed it without charging me. They said that they didn't think they missed it on the first time, but just in case, they did not charge me. They are also insistent that their customers bring in their cars after driving it for a bit to ensure the tires are secure - also at no additional cost.”

“I can’t begin to describe how much I appreciate the guys who work here. I drive an old car and I need a lot of maintenance work done. They are honest and very fair. They know I don’t know much about cars and have never tried to take advantage in any way. My father is a retired mechanic so I know! They will tell you if something needs fixed right now or if it’s something you can wait a little bit on. They aren’t just trying to take your money. They always do their best even when busy to fit me into their schedule. I trust them completely. I just got my brakes done this week and they did an amazing job. My 20 year old car feels like new! Highly recommend!”

“Solid auto shop. Took a chance here because I purchased my own brake pads and rotors and wanted a place willing to install them. P&W Auto did it quickly and properly for a very fair price. Along with that, it turned out that I had the wrong rotors, and the lady at the desk was able to order the proper rotors and have them delivered in about 10 minutes. The price was nice on those as well. I paid $100 for the pads through RockAuto and $500 for the rotors through P&W, and the installation of everything. That completely dunks on the price I would’ve had to pay to the local Monro and NTB (which they quoted between $800-$1000.) I arrived there at 8, and even with my screw up with the wrong rotors, I still left the shop with my car done probably around 10 or 10:30. Absolutely insane. 5/5, and I will easily be contacting them again if another issue arises with my car. Edit: Turns out the brake pads I bought were wrong somehow because they got shredded within a few months. Returned here to have them looked at and these guys got me new pads and had the rotors replaced through warranty without an issue. I can’t stress enough how awesome these guys are, seriously. 10/10.”
