“Good selection of merchandise. Reasonably priced. Very convenient for folks who live in Brownsville and California and do not want to pay tolls on the turnpike. Self scan registers also make for relatively painless shopping trips if you only need a few items. Update: February 10, 2022. Still five stars - Walmart is adjusting to the times by offering contact free pick up of grocery orders. You just place the order online, park your vehicle, and they will unload your groceries into your vehicle for you. Thanks, Walmart. Update for April 2022 - Different day, same excellent service. Started shopping at the store again with the pandemic waning. Good selection of merchandise and the self scan registers make it very easy to go in and out.”

“Saks OFF 5th sells mostly women’s clothing and accessories, and they sell some men’s and children’s clothing, household goods, and other items. During my visit to this store, the salespeople were very friendly and low-pressure. I bought a few products, and their prices were definitely lower than at a regular Saks Fifth Avenue.”

“You guys almost lost a loyal customer... Thank you for your good customer service. I was very upset about not being able to cancel a photo order and then when I tried to pick it up early one morning and the store was still not open after waiting 20 minutes, I was LIVID. I called the store, no response, I called customer service and they were no help (even told me they didn't open until 3 hrs later, 7am vs 10am and not true but then called the store and learned they opened late). Now I was about just fed up and ready to stop ever shopping ANY Walgreens, but thought lets give the store one last shot. I called the store, and it was open. There was an issue and they did open late, but manager was honest about it and apologized for the situation and compensated for the situation. I understand it was an honest mistake and thanks for handling a difficult situation. Glad you guys care about your customers and service!”
