“I had a very easy shopping experience at Sherwin-williams. I already had the paint chip I wanted at home. I phoned in, told associate the paint chip number, gave my credit number. Told they would call me when paint was ready. I got a call within 30 minutes my paint was ready. I drove down to the store, phoned the store when I was in the parking lot. Within 5 minutes the store associate brought my paint out and loaded in my van for me. The whole process was very easy.”
