“I work in the area so we always have our happy hours or grab lunch from River House Cafe. Never been disappointed! Friendly staff and the food is good. Their pizza buffet is legit and today I tried their wings. Cooked to perfection and the sauce we on point. Crab cake sandwich wasn't bad either. If you order the sweet potato fries they will come with a little side of maple syrup dip. Nice touch. See you guys soon.”

“Edited to add. This place is amazing. I am eating the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had right now. I know gluten free at a restaurant is almost always a joke. I was a pizza cook for years. I love gluten, but it doesn’t love me anymore. I was craving pizza tonight and ordered the cauliflower crust with white sauce, tomatoes, bacon, and spinach. It’s so dang good. They are never stingy with the toppings either! Thanks again pizza man. Best pizza in the area. My favorite. Fries are meh but everything else is tasty.”

“5/5 because of how often my husband and I order from here and how sweet the staff always is to me. I hope this review does reach the owner though! I will NOT be paying $3 for a cookie! $2 seemed steep, but today I went and was told they are $3 each. Sir, this is Charleroi not Pittsburgh lol. No one here wants to spend 3 dollars on a cookie and IF we do, please make sure it’s worth $3. Both of our cookies were very over baked and hard. I did not complain before, but since there was a recent $1 raise in your cookies, I had to share my thoughts. Other than the up price of cookies, everything was amazing as usual :)”

You can get some hand dipped ice cream at the checkout when you're all done too. Very seldom pass by without making a stop, wish they were closer to home.”

“I leave this place with a smile on my face every single day. Joe creates an impeccable atmosphere for his employees and guests. His customer service is exceptional. Raris customer service is also top tier!!!! Everyone in this building goes above and beyond to create an amazing experience for their guests and you truly feel it! Also, they’re timing is out of this world. I’ve been so many Starbucks over many years and these guys will have a line going through the parking lot and a line inside and I’m never waiting more then 5 minutes. I have to give credit where credit is due being in the service industry. Everything is consistent and fast with friendly and highly professional customer service. 100% die hard fan of this Starbucks and their employees!!!”

“This place is a very nice place to eat. I love the nostalgic feeling of the decor yet has a modern twist. Place is clean and the employees are friendly. I had also had a nice conversation with the owner and I can tell he has a passion for serving his customers with the best ingredients at a fair price. I had a "stacker" sandwich and it was very good. They have ample seating inside as well as outside. Stop in and support this establishment I highly recommend!”

“It was an adorable, bustling little restaurant. From what I remember there are about 6-7 tables. At least 1 banquet style that could fit around 6 people, some 4 seaters, and at least 1 for 2 people. They had cobbler and pies in the glass case in the front. The waitresses were super nice. It had a very home-like feeling. Somewhere you could go regularly and feel welcome each time. It would be a perfect place to go eat for a family outing or a date like we did. They had a nice selection of food that tasted homemade.”

“Wow, I was extremely pleased with this restaurant. It is an upper-scale place, located in the hotel. The food, absolutely top notch. I bring all of my new hire trainees here during their orientation week. My salmon salad is always cooked to perfection, and the entire salad $14!! Huge and delicious plate of balsamic brussel sprouts $9! I highly recommend it. Staffing is great, very attentive to food allergies.”

“This was the first time that I ate at Hog Fathers. We purchased take out for a few people, sampling a variety of food. First off, I really liked the ribs. We tried both the St. Louis and Baby back ribs, and both types were cooked well and had a lot of meat on them, much more meatier than at chain restaurants. I could have used some additional sauce though, and would ask for some next time. I personally had a ribs and fried chicken combo and was very impressed with the fried boneless chicken that came with the dinner. It was a bit salty, but not too much for me. The coleslaw was a bit bland for my taste, but it was good. I was disappointed with the French fries that came with the combo. They were packed in foil with the ribs and chicken, and were soggy when I went to eat them. My son had a side of fries that were packaged separately and they weren't soggy, but still not my type. I like shoestring type french fries and these were way too thick for my liking. My sister had the salmon and while it was good, she found a few bones in it, which is not a good thing. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would order here again, stopping at McDonald's on the way home for some fries.”
