Attentive to my questions and concerns, delicate with my belongings, timely and friendly. Unit was secure, clean, and easy for Guy to maneuver. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Update: Ended up getting a second Unit to complete my move from Brian and went just as smooth as the first time. Thank you again!
(August 19, 2020, 9:34 am)I moved just across state lines, but needed a storage unit while I sold one house prior to buying my new home. The team there is great. Always responsive, drivers always called ahead, everyone was very professional and friendly. The customer service is worth every penny, and yet they were considerably cheaper than the more well known national brands. Highly recommend Units. I will use them again if ever needed.

Wade was very pleasant to work with and accommodated all my last minute requests...I know you didn’t have to, but you did anyways and I appreciate you guys so much during such stressful time! I’m a realtor myself and I love these portable units at your door while you move at your pace! Great units and you can’t beat the price, I compared with a few other places and they do give the best pricing in town. Also, they’ll try their best to accommodate your schedule and have their units readily available way earlier than other bigger companies :) I’m all about supporting local, so I love it !;)
(July 29, 2020, 2:48 pm)Wade and his team provided exceptional customer service! We needed a short term storage solution while we were closing on a new home. I called him in a pinch, because last minute we decided to use portable storage vs. a storage unit. This was the best decision we made! Wade had his team send out a unit for us the next morning! Would recommend for your storage needs :)
