(November 7, 2018, 1:24 pm)My 7 year old daughter has an amazing time learning from Mr. Ilias. He is so great with her and all the children that attend there. The lessons that he teaches go far beyond just karate. Signing my little girl up for karate here is the best thing I have ever done for her.
(August 30, 2018, 12:05 pm)I've trained with Mr. Nick Ilias several times now and it is always an exciting time. Not only is he a proficient practitioner, he is able to kick the intensity to 11. Anyone who takes classes at Ilias Soo Bahk Do is going to get a wonderful workout but also learn valuable skills like self defense but also foundational emotional skills like confidence that are crucial for younger children. Highly recommended.

(August 16, 2018, 1:52 pm)Took a Flex Fit Karate class with Nick and it was AWESOME!!! Great class for physical fitness as well as to teach you mental focus! I highly recommend taking one of his classes!!!
