“I have been going here for years. Never had any issues with glasses or contacts. They hand me contacts on the spot with no delay. I purchased frames and after a week I didnt like them. I went back and they took the glasses back and let me order new ones with no charge and no hassle. Now to the customer service part. The staff is really incredible. They are all very friendly and accomodating. I have always been treated with respect and utter kindness. Keep up the great work! Now overall more brand names are available, but still this has allowed the smaller suppliers to manage very well. No doubt the first place to search out and know there's a good chance to find most of what is needed, an endless battle. Locals stores have learned to specialize so occasionally better fit the bill.”

“Eduardo was absolutely fantastic. He was on his toes; quick and eager to respond to any and all questions. The phone I was looking for was not in stock and he found me a better phone for a better deal. My fiancé got a phone with him a while back and he had just started going through a divorce and his ex had drained his bank account, which he had not known at the time. When his card declined he had found out and Eduardo loaned him the tax coverage until that Friday payday. Fantastic store and fantastic workers.
