Can't ask much more of this place, has up to date equipment, everything someone needs to fit their fitness goals. Zach, Colin, Troy and Alex are great people to talk to. I love asking them for any tips, whether its about form or nutrition. Overall I have had a great experience at the gym for the past 2 years I have been a member.”
