“I had my 12/10/2022 wedding at Yinzer Valley Farms and it was so perfect! Mike was very flexible and attentive, and Heidi was very detail oriented and really cared about making the day special and work well for us! We received so many compliments on how unique the venue was, and the cider house is so beautiful! We used it for our ceremony and cocktail hour and it was newly decorated and perfect for a larger wedding! The bridal suite was perfect for my bridesmaids to hang out before the wedding and the keep their belongings. We received compliments on how most bridal suites don’t offer so much, but this was truly a highlight of the day! The venue is so naturally beautiful so you don’t have to decorate much to create your dream vision, but Mike and Heidi allowed flexibility to customize the space to fit your style. This is a perfect location if you want something near the city but also feeling like you are on a retreat. I truly couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue! Thank you so much! Unfamiliar with the area for places to eat a quick google search gave us this place and we are all so glad that it did. The service was fast and efficient. The food was outstanding and in large quantity and quality. I am so glad we got to try Snyders. We all had the Famous fish in different variations with multiple appetizers and sides. The wedding soup was absolutely perfect. We all agreed that anytime we are in the area, which will be more frequent with the expansion of the bike trail along the river, we will be sure to stop here for a bite to eat. “Stopped here after going to the PennDOT Driver's License Center at about 1:30 pm. Went thru the drive thru which wasn't busy. Was greeted promptly and got the food and was on my way in 3 minutes. “Good first time visit recently. Was highly rated online for the Pittsburgh salad, so we decided to give L&I a try. For an appetizer, we got the dip (called Grandpa or Pappy’s dip or something- sorry I forgot the name) which is one of their specialties. If I remember, it had sausage and cheese and it was delicious- would highly recommend. My husband got a sausage pizza and I got the Pittsburgh salad. Their pizza has a nice soft dough with a sweet sauce- we both really liked it. Their ranch dressing is delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my salad and though it looks small-moderate in size, it was actually a really deep bowl and much too large for me to finish. The chicken on it was really nice and the fries were good. A good Pittsburgh salad, but not the best I’ve had. I would appreciate some croutons on top in addition. The service was friendly and prompt. The decor is a little… stark… but fine for the type of venue. Overall, a recommend!”

“Spicy fried pickles are amazing! It's our new wing spot for Thursdays. $.95 WHOLE wings & the Sweet & Hot is great. Their soups are so good, haven't had a bad one yet. Lent specials are great. They have a variety of pierogie flavors, love the mushroom & swiss. The only complaints I have is 1. No free refills because they don't have a soda fountain, so, I try to keep it at 2 drinks max because that's the price of most drinks, most places. 2. Service can be very slow as they are very low on servers. We wait a long time for refills (since they're not free that might be good?) or if they forget something, our food will start to get cold before we receive the missing item. Besides that, the food is FANTASTIC. I cant say enough about their soups! The only thing that needs work is the mashed potatoes could be creamier.”

The tomatoes were ripe, the basil was fresh, and they weren't cheap with the mozzarella. I definitely would order this again. I ordered the Italian Pasta sampler. The meatball was excellent, the ravioli were good, and gnocchi were perfectly prepared. Next time I go I will ask to go for light sauce, as my only complaint was they were a little heavy-handed with the sauce. But the sauce is pretty good! I definitely will go again.”

“This is a little hole in the wall beside the liquor store behind Westmoreland Mall. The sign says BSB wings. There's not much atmosphere here, but the food makes up for it. There are many many kinds of wing sauce, ranging from mild to very hot. The prices are reasonable and there also burgers and other sandwiches I like the wings better than Dino's so it's definitely worth a return visit.”
