“My cell phone skills are somewhat illiterate. I frequently stop to get assistance at this Tunkhannock Verizon store. The knowledge, professionalism, and personal approach given by Dustin, Parker, and Kyle have always exceeded my expectations. On this particular Friday night I spent my entire day looking for my phone, to the point of tears. I also needed to return a phone that needed to be repaired. Dustin fixed both my problems quickly and efficiently. It so warranted a hug. He located my phone, packaged up a phone to be repaired, and finished up his vacuuming all with professionalism and ease. I could hear the other young man working with a couple purchasing new phones. As he was preparing their phones he educated and answered questions smiling with the utmost detail. I truly believe they both enjoy what they do. They are true assets to this store. Kudos to the people that hired them.”
