“I went in the store looking for a washer and dryer for my new home. They had a pretty large selection of products and the staff were able to explain the differences in them and were honest about one set being less expensive only because of the brand, not the functionality. Their set was very affordable and the delivery fee was minimal considering the hassle it saved in getting the machines home and trying to set them up myself. Well, on the day the set was supposed to be delivered, I got the times mixed up and was not there, which was admittedly completely my own fault. I was originally told that I would have to wait 2 more weeks to have it delivered because they are so busy, but later that day I got a call that they could deliver it the following day and they weren't even going to charge me the delivery fee again even though it was my mistake. My new home is old and has small entryways. The 2 men who came to deliver the machines went above and beyond to get them into my house. They expertly took parts off to make them fit in the doorways and put them quickly back together once inside. They hooked everything up and even ran them to test that they worked. This is the kind of customer service you only get from professionals at a local store. If it were from a big box store, I would have been out of luck. Not only are they affordable, but they really care about their customers. I will definitely be making large appliance purchases from them in the future.”
