“I have been patronizing this bike shop, The Bike House, for years. I have NO idea what the one star reviews are about. Joyce, the owner, is very helpful. I have purchased three brand new bikes over the years, all Schwinn bikes, all VERY high quality. I have also purchased some of her rehabbed used bikes for kids and they work fine for the kids for the year or two they've used them before outgrowing them. Additionally, I bring my bikes to her for tune ups (the Schwinns), and repairs (the kids bikes) and she ALWAYS tries to accommodate my needs. (As in, "my kids are going camping in 4 days, can you help get these bikes working in that time?" She'll growl at my at my last minute habits, :) , but if she can get them done (sometimes it just is too late), she'll try her best. Great service! Great bikes!”
