“Our experience with Chad was great! We got numerous compliments on how our wonderful the memorial service turned out! If I had to say 1 bad thing and I can't even say it was bad, is that they placed all the cards from the flowers in a bag so we didn't know which flowers went with which cards. And trying to think back at time like that when your grieving is hard. My mom is a very organized person and likes to know the smallest details. They also gave us some forms and a few suggestions on what the next steps we should take. He stop in the initial planning cause we requested to make the paper deadline for the obituary for the next day.”
