I will never forget the first call I had with Rebecca - I was in tears and she immediately scheduled me for an appointment. To say this changed my life would be an understatement. Rebecca provided me with a safe place to unload, and gave me so many tools to deal with my grief, anxiety and depression. I moved away from st Clair shores in 2017. I tried to find a therapist in my new city but never had the connection I had with Rebecca. Fast forward to 2020 and covid and virtual appointments- I was able to connect with Rebecca and have regular appointments again. It was my little glimmer of hope when everything around us was going crazy. I honestly could go on and on about how great this place is; the people, the compassion, and the knowledge to help people get through some of the worst times. Even if you're not struggling with grief or other issues, life is tough sometimes! It's so wonderful to have someone to talk to and I will always recommend the team at H3 to everyone I know.”
