“I stop at 5 Sheetz regularly. This is the best one. The food and drink orders are the best. Food is cooked correctly and has been fresh tasting every time over the past 8 months I've stopped here. I think there has only been one time they were short on items in the island display but could have just been a late truck. I would do a 4 star because of staffing, but I cannot blame a place for people not applying. Seriously, the wait can be long, but even under stress, the employees do things correctly. Frustrating but think about having 5 or more orders to fill at this second your whole shift. And they STILL cook and make things correctly, no short cutting. I need to start getting people's names to put up and commend.”

“I can’t believe how incredible the drinks are and they are so reasonably priced! You can tell the owner is passionate about his love of espresso and coffee. He is so genuine and thoughtful with orders. Everything I’ve had from Kairos has been delicious! Today he made me a a mystery drink based on what I told him. Combined with a cappuccino and then additional treat: a chocolate piece smothered in caramel with added pecans, so good (and naughty). I was in love with the dessert case and haven't seen anything like it since I was in England. The lady at the counter was so very nice and helpful. They have gluten free buns and even a few of their soups and desserts are gluten free! This was much appreciated as we had someone in our party with Celiac dietary needs. Baked goods are a limited selection and depend on the day. Highly recommend and will visit again!”

The coffee and specialty drinks are great, and I personally appreciate that they offer so many sugar-free syrup options. I haven't personally tried any food or pastries, but I purchased a glazed donut during my last visit for a coworker and they were very pleased with the donut! Their prices are so much better than all their competitors as well. I purchased a large black coffee, a medium iced coffee with oat milk and three different syrups, a holiday flavor latte and a glazed donut for $12 and change. That would cost well over $20 at other places.”
