“What an amazing piece of property! From the time you pull in the driveway and are surrounded by nature you forget that you just got off the highway. It is so nice to get to pull into the spacious garage to unload your car. (and see the corn hole game to play later)! The Lodge is laid out so beautifully and the décor is just right! It was impeccably clean! The kitchen has all the supplies you could possibly need. The beds are all comfy. Washer and dryer are ready for use. It was really great that there is cut bundled would to purchase just feet away from the firepit. Great little town with canoe rental is just a few miles away. We have been renting large cabins for over 6 years and the Lodge on Pine Ridge is definitely one we would like to return to!! !”

“Sweetest park with a beautiful variety of animals! I've been coming here since I was young and have always loved the interactions. Goats, pigs, horses, deer, camels, peacocks, tigers, wallabies - you name it! This place has it all! I highly recommend this spot for families, friends, anyone that wants to be close to nature for a few hours. Easy to find the location, a gorgeous gift shop, and a mini golf course is right down the road ⛳”

“I lived at Pine Tree Mobile Home Park 2 years ago, at the age of 62. Gary Harkleroad is a very good Manager and I was very happy living there. He took care of any problem and concern that I had. There was only time in the year where there was something wrong with the mobile home and it was taken care of immediately. I only moved out to get closer to the place I worked and my children.”

“Lynn treats us more lke family than customers. My husband and myself plus two adult children and spouse stayed a weekend. The Inn is beautifully, yet comfortably, decorated. Bedrooms are spacious as are adjoining baths. Lynn made a scrumptious apple blueberry crisp for us in addition to the healthy and yummy breakfast. We celebrated a friend's 50th birthday in the event venue on site. It was adorable and cozy We all love the Inn and strongly recommend!”

“Dolly and Jerry greeted us so warmly, it felt like a greeting from family. The house has a cozy, vintage atmosphere. There are so many thoughtful details and extras. Everything you need was there. From the beautiful decorations, to the loving basket of goodies, to the coffee selection, biscotti, eggs, bread, toiletries, etc. It was mind blowing how much thought went into making our stay exceptional. Dolly has our business forever.”

“Cathy and Paul have created a restful, healing space full of charm and history. The love and effort that they have put in to create this cozy spot is evident in every inch of the house. After a restful sleep in a cozy comfy bed, they provided a delicious breakfast that incorporated ingredients from the area and was served with vintage tableware that took me back to meals at my Nana's. The attention to detail and the welcoming nature of both the space and Cathy and Paul truly create a much needed oasis after hours of travel. I only hope the next owners show the same level of love and care that they have.”

“I would give it 5 stars because grounds and other families are wonderful but it's expensive here just like all cranberry and all you get is trash removal for the rent of the property. We own our mobile home. We do property care and maintenance.”

“This is a great place. Great rates nightly and weekly. The owners are incredibly kind people. Rooms are very clean, property is extremely well cared for. Grateful a place like this exists! Highly recommend this for the weary traveller that needs a clean bed for a couple nights.”

“It's settled in the backwoods. The guy in charge is very friendly. There is a path that leads down to the Mahoning Creek, with paths that follow along the creek. One can go fishing and canoe riding.”

“This is a pretty nice place! The pros outweigh the cons. Pros: it's very close to Seven Springs, it has a shuttle to take you to and from Seven Springs, it has an AMAZING hot tub, the kitchen is nice- well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc, nice wood burning stove, nice layout of the town home, great communication from the owners, some of the pictures on the wall were pretty awesome, having a window in the master bedroom looking down into the living area was pretty cool, loved the half bathroom downstairs. Cons: floor upstairs and steps squeak, toilet was running in the "master bathroom" so I had to close the door (notified the owners. Not sure if they fixed it), light fixture in dining room very bright (unscrewed some of the bulbs to make it not so bright), baseboard heater right below the toilet paper holder in master bathroom making the toilet paper and paper rod warm, walls were thin so we could hear the people going up and down their stairs and hear them talking, wood burning fireplace couldn't hold a fire - kept burning out after about 5-10 minutes, bed in master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms VERY uncomfortable and bouncy. My husband and I really liked the hot tub! It was so cool going out there in the freezing cold and getting into a nice, cozy hot tub! Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but there are things that need to be updated, like the beds and the squeaky floor and steps.”

“We have stayed there many times and we only live 40 minutes away. So what does that say. The place is tranquil yet accessible. If you bike ride, fish, hunt or just relax it accommodates all. Jeff and Kim are genuine hosts and come hungry .The breakfast is stellar. The area has so much to do, we one day plan to build there. Try it , you wont regret. Ben R”

“first time here and had an absolute blast of a weekend, bonfires, golf cart rides, catch and release fishing, and friendly faces. stopped by the camp shop and got some ice cream cones with my lady, and they were delicious. I had a great experience and can't wait to come back again”

“I love a good roadside motel. This place does not disappoint. The rooms are dated (that is more about the building than anything else) but comfort and clean. The internet is fast and very reliable. The young man that checked us in was so kind and friendly. He had us checked in quickly. This is a wonder, affordable place to rest your head!”

“Four seasons Campground is a really great place. Great place to hang out and have a beer with your friends or to bring the whole family. There's something here for everybody. They have a pool, arcade, fishing pond, kids ATV track, or you can ride all day on the atv/utv trails. It's a really beautiful place. You always have a bad apple or two. A certain trail boss' wife who thinks she owns the place but other than that. I highly recommend Four Seasons.”

“Pros: the nuns were very friendly and the decor is very welcoming. The breakfast table was set very prettily and the selection for breakfast was highly satisfactory. The grounds are pretty and impressively large. They're also speedy about answering email inquiries. Cons: because there is no permanent staff, the check in/check out process was somewhat haphazard. At check out, there was no one waiting and when we called, we couldn't understand the woman on the main line and the other telephone number had no answer. We just left our keys on the bed in the room, but a confirmation would have been nice.”

“Alta Villa is the nicest pre-fab home park you'll find anywhere, the owners and the manager are definitely committed to the park and its residents.. im sure they've helped many get into their first homes that otherwise wouldnt have been able too. You'll have too see for yourself, the pics that are posted on the website don't do it justice. Its a beautiful park, tucked back in the woods off the main road, a very nice place to live!”
