“My boyfriend and I have only had a great experience here. From his emergency dental work to my own fillings and root canal, this office has been nothing but kind and accommodating to our needs. The dentist we were seeing previously in Greensburg basically would not work on my boyfriend as he needed extensive work, and they were very unprofessional towards him. They also missed the fact that I needed cavities filled and a root canal in the year that we were going to see them, and we always felt rushed out of their office and as if they never wanted to do much-needed dental work on us. Katsur welcomed us as new patients and put us on the schedule for appointments immediately to get to work on things that our previous dentist had missed. The office staff are very kind and accommodating; and the hygienists and techs have been awesome taking feedback (going back to fix a previous filling when my bite was not right) and giving advice when asked (explaining procedures in a way we found understandable and telling us exactly what we can do at home to ease pain). The dentist however has been the reason we keep coming back, as she is very honest and straightforward about different procedures, and she makes an effort not to overcharge us for something we don't need. She has been extremely professional and made us both feel comfortable at this office and we are extremely grateful to have gotten our dental work done here. 😃”
