“Dealing with the loss of a loved one is one of the most painful things anyone can go through. My dad suddenly passed away, and Jack and his team stepped in to help me through the next steps of the process. When it happened, it was I was confused and a little overwhelmed. From the very start, they came to pick up my dad and Jack was extremely sensitive and supportive of the situation. I mentioned my dad didn't set aside very much money to cover his final services, but Jack still went out of his way staying extremely transparent and responsive throughout the entire process. Later, and once Jack was made aware that both me and my grandfather were combat veterans previously serving overseas, he went out of his way to thank us for our service by reviewing the invoice again to apply as many discounts as he possibly could to help me. When I first went inside his home, I noticed how extremely well kept it was and the warm positive feeling I got the second I walked in.
