“Dr. Mike always takes time with me to make sure all of my questions are answered. I always choose Dr. Mike as he has been very consistent with my care and the best option with the practice. If he doesn't know the answer for your questions he will find them. The care coordinator is overwhelmed and often busy so if you're waiting on a specialist appointment sometimes it's easier to make your own. The other options for Dr's at the practice have just referred me to er rather than listen to what I'm in the office for or run a lot of unnecessary tests. Thankful for Dr. Mike and the PVMC team. Also, the patient portal is the quickest way to make an appointment, ask a question or pay your bill.”
