“I switched to this location and practice in 2022 after dealing with too many issues with the Crozer system and am so glad I did. I’ve been with this practice for my entire pregnancy and delivery and waited until after delivery to write a review so that it would be as comprehensive as possible. Likes: Easy to make an appointment (not faced with obscene waiting lists just to make an appt), friendly support staff, great nurses. I really like all the OBs I’ve seen (some more than others of course, but no one was bad in my opinion, and I made sure to see as many different drs and nurse practitioners as I could throughout my pregnancy). Working with the front desk to get paperwork filled out for my employer with relation to the pregnancy was very easy and smooth. If you are pregnant and going to the Lawrence park OB/GYN, you will have your baby at Lankenau. I went to Lankenau twice during my pregnancy to get checked out for concerns, and was so impressed both times. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and kind—it was kind of unbelievable, because I would expect there to be at least one person who’s rude/rushing. Dislikes: sometimes you have long waiting times for afternoon appointments, which is understandable—but just be aware. My labor and delivery experience at Lankenau was great, and I reviewed them separately.”

“Dec 2024 worst care by the staff. They sit at their spinning in there chairs instead of keeping up to date as ro whether dr is on time or running late. Kept in waiting room for an hour waiting for my vaccine. I walked out to front desk to day I was leaving and the nurse is running out of the back room with my vaccine after me. Then today June 17th waited in room for Dr who never showed up after an hour. Nurses sitting at desk spinning in chairs talking and never told me about dr running 1hr 15 mins late.”

“I'm not sure about all these other bad reviews because my experience was nothing short of wonderful! They were gentle, kind, informative. I usually go to Hermitage but due to being booked out for months, they sent me here. I think this is where I will stay even though it's more of a drive. The eye doc gave me nothing but good vibes and I felt so comfortable there. They always answer the phone when I call and they're just so nice and soft spoken.
