“On 12/08/18 we had an Epic Tours bus booked to NYC from Wilkes-Barre. We were actually met early, by a female driver, Maggie. Maggie had the most wonderful personality and was courteous to all passengers. The bus was clean & we left right on time. I can’t say enough about this driver. She knew the routes, when traffic would be heavy, and drove with great regard, thus making the entire bus feel safe. She furnished her cell phone and her concern was true. In a day & age when people complain about everything, I just wanted to let you know, this girl is a true asset to your company. The entire bus loved her. We have dealt with many bus companies in the past, as we run trips several times a year. We will now book Epic Tours from now on. Saw so many beautiful places that we would have missed if not for the private tours organized by Porterra. You really can't get the same experience anywhere else.
